Parents...I goofed. Please see the revised Star Student Calendar. I inadvertently started on a short week so everyone has been bumped back a week!

Snack Calendar for August

I am giving you the snack calendar early so you can plan accordingly. We already have three birthdays in August. Birthday snacks are special and we do allow special treats! Cupcakes, cookie cakes are permitted. Please do not send dark colored frosting, it will stain my carpet and tables (not to mention white school shirts!!). We have found that doughnuts are favorite with the students (hint, hint!) and they are easy to clean up after. Regular snack should be in individual wrapped bags like, goldfish, cheezits, fruit snacks, rice krispy treats etc. We do have parents send cheese sticks, Go-Gurt or fruit and that is acceptable. We have a fridge to keep things cold. It is not necessary to send juice boxes as we permit pop-top water bottles in the classroom. Snack time is usually at about 2:30. Your student will bring home the "Snack Sack" the night before their snack day.

Thank you

A New Year is About to Begin!

Kindergarten Class of 2018
Parents, just a quick note before school starts. We are looking forward to having another great year of learning at All Saints.
We are in need of volunteers who will earn care & share hours for the following jobs:
1)   Homeroom Parent (2)
2)  Sight word helper (4) (Begins after Spring Break)
3)  Book Order Coordinator

Please note that we take several field trips throughout the year and will need parent drivers. In order to be a driver for students, other than your own, or any other activity at the school you will need to have a background check completed and VIRTUS training. Please check with the office ASAP to get this completed as we have our first field trip in September.
We do not require your child’s name on all your supplies as we pool most of them together. Please label, uniforms, jackets, lunch boxes, backpacks. We allow water bottles in the classroom as long as it has a pop-top lid to prevent spills. We do not permit juice, Gatorade, milk etc., in those bottles.
Please email us if you are interested in volunteering via email, hadams@allsaintsba.com or  seacret@allsaintsba.com
Thank You and we look forward to seeing you at Meet the Teacher!

Our Lenten Promise

Kindergarten began Lent with making Ashes Self Portraits followed by attending Ash Wednesday mass and receiving ashes on their own foreheads.

Our Lenten promise was to put away the Dinosaur tub until Easter. This tub of toys is at the front of our classroom and covered in a purple cloth as a reminder of Jesus' sacrifice for us.
